Epoxy Structural Grout
Epoxy resin structural grout
Fills load-transfer gaps beneath column baseplates and machinery with an epoxy resin grout selected for the engineered detail and service conditions.
THE MATERIAL
What it does
Epoxy structural grouts combine an epoxy binder with suitable fillers or aggregates for specified load-bearing grouting. They are distinct from cementitious pourable and trowellable grouts, epoxy repair mortars and tile grouts.
Technical considerations
The engineer's specification should establish loading, vibration, gap dimensions and operating temperature. Substrate moisture, mixing, placement volume and heat generated during curing influence selection and installation; follow the selected product's limits.
Product selection depends on the surface and site conditions. Ask our team for specifications and availability.
WHERE IT’S USED
Common uses
- Column baseplates
- Machine foundations
- Heavy-duty grouting
LET’S NARROW IT DOWN
What to tell us
- 1What baseplate, machinery or fixing is being grouted?
- 2What loads, vibration and temperatures are expected?
- 3What gap dimensions and engineer's specification apply?

Pourable Grout
Flows into confined gaps beneath base plates and around fixings, creating a cement-based fill matched to the gap and loading.

Trowellable Grout
Packs local gaps and bedding details where a flowing grout is impractical. The supplied grade must match loading and placement method.

Epoxy Bonding Agent
Creates a resin bond between prepared construction surfaces, including concrete repair interfaces. Load-bearing work should follow an engineer’s repair detail.
